Rates and Fees

We charge a flat fee, along with an hourly rate. The flat fee will depend on several things, including the location of your event and the complexity of your bar set up. The hourly rate may also vary, depending on several factors.


Since every event will be unique and special, we can not offer just one price for everyone.

There is a $50 dollar deposit due at the signing of the contract. This deposit is refundable if you decide to cancel us at least 7 days before the event.


If you would prefer that there is no visible tip jar at your event, an additional gratuity of 20% or $75, whichever is higher, will be added to the final bill.


We offer reduced fees for individuals organizing charity events or fundraisers.


We accept always cash or checks. Credit cards can be processed through PayPal, via emailed invoice.


Bar Supplies

  • Mixers
  • Cups
  • Napkins
  • Straws / Stir Sticks

If you decide that we will provide any or all of the above supplies, you will be charged for the cost of these materials plus a 10% gratuity.

For example, let's say we provide orange juice, limes, and a package of straws for your event, and the total amount for these items comes to $10. The amount you will be charges for all of this would be as follows:

     $10.00
+       1.00      (10% of the cost of the items)
